Wakely Engineering manufactures a range of roller grinders for pig and poultry farmers. These monogastric animals must have feed processed to suit their digestive system, If the grist is too coarse the animal may have difficulty swallowing the feed OR the oversized feed may be passed undigested. The Wakely roller grinder / kibbler mill allows the farmer to set the fineness of the grist depending on the animal’s age.
Our mills ensure that your animal will derive maximum nutritional value from the Grain. Wakely roller grinders / kibbler mills are suitable for pigs and poultry and for grinding other feed products. There are three models in this range, with outputs from 800 kg to 2 tonnes per hour when grinding, and 1,500 kg to 3,500kg when kibbling.
Output 1 Tonne Barley 12% Moisture, producing a fine ground sample.
Output 1.2 Tonne Barley 12% Moisture, producing a coarse ground sample.
